Posting the Job via a Phone Call

As a Tenant, you can log a maintenance request via a Phone call by contacting the Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services.

Posting the Job via an Email

As a Tenant, you can log a maintenance request by sending an email to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services.

Quick steps

STEP 1 - You can simply send an email to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services describing what the maintenance issue is.

STEP 2 - Once the issue has been described, then the job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you change any job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

Posting the Job via Whatsapp

As a Tenant, you can simply post a job using the WhatsApp.

STEP 1 - You can simply drop a chat on WhatsApp to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services describing what the maintenance issue is.

STEP 2 - Once the issue has been described, then the job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you change any job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

Posting the Job via Messenger

As a Tenant, you can simply post a job using the Messenger.

Quick steps

STEP 1 - You can simply drop a chat to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services page on Messenger.

STEP 2 - Once you initiate a chat on Messenger, you are requested to select whether the chat is to log a maintenance request or send a message.

STEP 3 - Once you have selected to log maintenance, then you will be requested to enter your mobile number, where a PIN will be generated for you to validate the mobile number against a property. Upon successful mobile verification, you are required to describe what the issue is, and define how urgent you want the job to get it done.

STEP 4 - The job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you change any job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

Posting the Job via SMS

As a Tenant, you can simply post a job using a sms/text message.

Quick steps

STEP 1 - You can simply drop an SMS to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services

STEP 2 - Once you have sent an SMS mentioning what the issue is. The job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you change any job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

STEP3 - Once you edit the job-related information, you can proceed into posting the job through the email by confirming the job details.
