As a tenant, you can log a maintenance request over the phone by calling Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services.

Step 1: Simply send an email to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services describing the nature of the maintenance issue.
Step 2: Once the issue has been described, the job will be drafted, and you will be sent a link where you can update any job details such as work title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any images, videos, and post the job.
Posting the Job via Whatsapp - As a Tenant, you can simply post a job using WhatsApp.

Step 1: Go to the Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services page on Messenger and start chatting.
Step 2: When you start a chat on Messenger, you'll be asked whether you want to register a maintenance request or send a message.
Step 3: Upon selecting to log maintenance, you will be prompted to input your mobile number, after which a PIN will be generated for you to use to authenticate the mobile number against a property. Following successful mobile verification, you will be asked to describe the issue and how quickly you need the work completed.
Step 4: The job will be drafted, and you will be sent a link to edit any job details such as work title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any images or videos related to the job, and post the job.
As a Tenant, you can simply post a job using an SMS/text message.
