The Header refers to the topmost bar of the application. Following is the screen capture of this.
Through the header navigation, you are able to execute the following functions.
Let's take a dive into each of the functions to get a comprehensive idea of what it does.
Once you click on the profile icon, through the drop-down menu you are able to access settings as well as log out from the app.
To add an extra layer of security, through his option you are able to activate Two Factor Authentication, which allows you to enter a pin code each time you log in to the platform.
1.2. Communications Preferences
Through this setting, you will be able to define the types of notifications you would like to receive.
1.3. Quote Settings
In this setting, you are able to pre-define quote limit you would like to be imposed as a default when posting a job.
1.4. Device Settings
As a security precaution, you are able to temporarily revoke access for all devices that you have logged into that do not have access to them at the moment.
Once you click Revoke, it will disable accessing your account from all devices according to the platform you’ve chosen, except the device you gave the command from.
Access can be granted by logging from the revoked device and activating access.
The chat will open the contacts of the user currently in your profile. E.g. Property Owners, Tenants and Service Providers

For every activity conducted in the account, a notification is generated in real time, which can be viewed in the notifications pane.
The unread message count will be displayed as an indicator on top of the notification’s icon.
