When a user registers through the application, the user account will be defined as a Consumer.
The profile will be converted to an Owner or Tenant when you receive an invitation from the Property Manager. This means you will be linked to a property that is managed by one of the Property Managers registered with the Bricks+Agents and therefore have access to use its features that open for a Tenant.
Following are the steps in registering a user.

Verify the mobile number
Once the mobile verification is completed, the account will be created and directed to the dashboard.
Once you've created your profile, you are able to initiate quick actions through your mobile based on the shortcuts introduced that appear on a long-press on the application icon.
As a Service Provider, you are able to execute
- Inspection: Shortcut to the Inspection tab where you are able to look through the inspection schedules and do the needful. (For Tenant profile only)
- New Job: Directs to the interface to post a maintenance job
- Feedback: Shortcut to provide feedback regarding the application
Following is the login interface of Bricks+Agent mobile app. Once you register through our web platform using the same credentials you are able to track and continue the process on the go, by using the app.
The details will be synced across platforms, therefore whatever changes are implemented through the app will be reflected on the web account real-time (vice-versa)
Once you successfully log into the platform, the dashboard will allow you to have access to the key areas of the platform, with the latest information filtered for your quick action.
