Inspection refers to the routine checks done on the property in order to determine if the conditions are in proper order or if there is anything to be done as an upgrade. In our platform, we infuse technology to make an inspection happen, where you'll be able to assist the property manager to do the inspection via a video call.
In order for this to happen, first, you would need to accept an inspection schedule and then answer the video call by the Property Manager.
The status of all these schedules is listed under the "New" tab, which you may tap on to view more.
The "Reports" tab is a collection of all the inspections conducted for the property during your tenancy and a report on the same.
Your Role as a Tenant During an Inspection
Accept the inspection schedule under the "New" tab
On the agreed time and date, the Property Manager will initiate a video call where you can commence the video and inspect the entire property with the Property Manager.
Once the inspection is over (you are able to disconnect the call mid-way if there's a personal errand and continue it after scheduling another appointment with the Property Manager) you are able to view the report generated through the platform.
In an instance, if the Property Manager requests to conduct a direct inspection, you'll be notified of his arrival via a map of ETA, which activates when the PM begins to locate your property location from his account.
