Following is a detailed guide on the Header.
As defined in the search window, you are able to search for almost anything from jobs, trades, users, properties and following is how your search is sectioned in search results.
When you type a key phrase in the search field, every type of information that associates with the key phrase will be listed out ;
Information Displayed Categories
As a Property Manager, you have the ability to filter the search categorically.

Keyphrase: Alarm system
Upon selection of the search type, the respective search results will be displayed.
For example: If the search filter is Properties
The search will reflect the Properties which has data that matches with the key phrase.
Actions that can be performed in the "Property" result category:
- View Property
- Post a Job for the Property
Search Results for Jobs:
This lists out all the jobs that are associated with the key phrase.
Actions that can be performed in the "Jobs" result category:
- View Job
This will be a default feature applicable to organisation admin. Upon click of the team icon on the dashboard user will be directed to the Select Team interface where the user is allowed to select the users/staff. They are able to view all the activities of their staff (Property Managers), they are able to either create a filter for the information to either view information that is relevant to their own account or a selection.
Current User: The profile of the signed in user.
Others (PM): Profile names of the other users in the organisation.
By default, the two boxes are unchecked as all information pertaining to both profiles are shown, but if either profile is checked and saved, the information will be filtered accordingly in the dashboard until it is changed.
Note: The team filter will be automatically enabled to the property manager profiles if the Organisation Admin enables Organisation View for the staff. If not property managers will see information related to their property only.
Fixed Menu Features
Fixed Bottom Menu Navigation refers to the key areas of the app that allows you to navigate between key information tabs. Following is the screen capture of the same.
More Features : Upon click of the More feature you would be displayed with the following left navigation menu.
Dashboard : Upon click of the dashboard icon you will be directed back to the dashboard. For further details, refer the article Dashboard.
Jobs : Upon click of the dashboard icon you will be directed to the following Jobs dashboard where all the jobs with different status are listed out.

Inspection: Use this feature, you can conduct inspections using a wider array of tools to assist with you with inspections. Inspections can be either conducted onsite or remotely using the video capture technology to provider the enhanced reports tenants and owners. For further details, refer the article Inspections.
Properties: Upon click of the feature Properties you will be directed to the following interface.

Notification : Upon click of the notification icon you will be displayed with the list of notifications received.
For every activity conducted in the account, a notification is generated in real time, which can be viewed in the notifications pane as well as a push notification in your mobile. Furthermore, you are able to reply for chats through the push notification itself to add more convenience when you are on the go.
The unread message will be displayed as an indicator on top of the notification as a blue dot.
Chat : Chat will open the chat interface which is consists of the Chat and Contacts.
Chat interface displays all the conversations which you had. Upon click of the specific chat you can continue with the conversation thread.
The Contacts option will open the contacts of the user currently in your profile. E.g. Property Owners, Tenants and Service Providers.
Upon click of the specific contact you can launch a chat conversation with the selected users.

Document : Is an archive of documents which you may share with your clients. The documents that are added through your web profile will be synced to your mobile and vice-versa.
