It's another release by the Bricks + Agent and following are what we've been working to give you an improved version of the platform.

New: As a Property Manager, upon selection of the specific Teams the jobs respective to the selected teams are now being updated and displayed under the specific job categories.
New: We have a new feature, for the Property Manager to recognize the user who is calling. Furthermore, if the Property Manager misses a call from the user while staying online the user will be notified via a notification.
New: As a Property Manager, when you use the task scheduler, the time columns are shown as follows.
- If the task scheduler is used prior to the defined working hours, it should show the time from “Start Time”.
- If I’m using the task scheduler during the work hours, it should show the current time onwards.
- On a scenario where the work hours are not defined, task scheduler displays the current time onwards.
New: We have improved the notification features. Upon click of the user types, the respective list of users will be displayed.
New: We have integrated Google Analytics to the application to understand and enhance the user experience.
New: To improve the performance the feedback given by Property Manager is stored. Hence, for each request it is not needed to calculate.
New: We have introduced insights feature. As a property manager you can get an understanding about the overall activities carried out.
New: As a Property Manager, now you have the feature to edit the job at the following status.

- Service type - the 3rd level only (the count)
New: We have implemented insights for the Property Manager where the Property Manager can obtain an overall understanding about the activities of the Organisation. For example, you can view the overall job statuses, highest ratings for service providers, average spend per property, average spend per job etc.
New: We have revised the Re-award feature of variations, once the Property Manager has re-awarded the variation job, the history related to that particular to that job, if there is pending variations automatically it will be rejected and reverts back to original job post-state. This is captured on the job timeline.
New: We have integrated the Bricks and Agent Help with the Zendesk. With the integration of the Jenny Bot with the Zendesk User guides user can get the assistance by simply asking the question via the Bot. Upon making an inquiry, user will be suggested with articles which will allow the the user to get the answer. On a scenario where the user is unable to find the answer the user will be directed to the B+A live chat. In this scenario, if the live chat is inactive, you can create a support request from the chat.
Improved: We have improved the invite trades features by only showing the list if trades that can service the job type.
Improved: For Property Manager's we have improved the user experience of the invoice approval screen by screen by displaying the final invoice attached on the approval interface itself.
There is a option to generate the timeline for a specific job number. In addition to that, we have given the generate timeline feature for the job card. This would generate the timeline in PDF format.
Improved: We have improved the pending owner approval jobs. As a property manager now you have the ability to remind the owner for the pending owner approval jobs.
Improved: We have improved the Provide Feedback interface by adding Save & Next and Skip & Next feature buttons to approve the existing job and move directly to next pending review approval screen.
This feature allows the Property Manager to close many at once without going in and out.
Fixed: There was a issue, when a variation is deactivated it did not list in the Inactive Job category. Now, it is fixed.
Fixed: There was a issue when the subcontractor completes a job, the job was missing for the Property Manager until the organisation service provider approves for the job to be moved to the Pending Review of Property Manager. This is now fixed. The job will be listed in the previous state prior to the completion of the job by subcontractor. (Ex: Pending schedule , schedule, in progress until the Org SP completes it).
Fixed: There was a issue at the Pending Schedule job category where the user has the ability to reject the schedule multiple times. This has been fixed now.
Fixed: The issue with the Change Job Payer feature at Tenant Posted job category has been fixed now.
It's another release by the Bricks + Agent and this time it's a total revamp of the look for the Mobile.

Improved: We have improved the invite trade feature when creating a maintenance request. For Quotes and Work Orders, there is a option to select and deselect "Pending Invited Trades" for the specific job. Upon selecting of the Pending Invited Trades, the list of the trades with the Pending Invitation will be displayed accordingly.
Improved: We have improved the user experience as a Property Manager by adding app shortcuts.
Fixed: There was a issue when posting a job via the Properties, the Property Manager had to select the Property twice prior to posting the job. Now, it has been fixed.
Fixed: There was a issue with regard to displaying the attachments on the Notes view. This has been fixed now.
Fixed: Previously, there was no forced validation for the Property Manager to add a note at the time of rejecting a job in the Pending Review Status. This has been fixed now.
Fixed: When a job was not attended as scheduled it moved to the overdue jobs category from the scheduled. There was a issue, after moving to overdue jobs still the job was listed on the scheduled jobs category. This is fixed now.
