As a Service Provider, you are always on the move and therefore we've given additional features to track and make life easy for you when a job is in progress. Following is an easy breakdown of the process.
You are able to start a job simply by clicking the "Start" function from any of the job states after receiving the approval for the quote, or start directly from the dashboard from the "To do".
You'll be navigated to the map, where the route will be shown to guide you to the job location.
In parallel, the respective parties will be informed of your ETA as well. You can also have the map appear full screen and linked to google maps to assist with your trip - the functionality is accessed by .
Once you arrived at the location, it will automatically prompt that you have arrived, and once acknowledged you will be taken to the task dashboard with a timer to initiate tracking of the task.
In case of a technical irregularities with the GPS, the Service Provider can now manually check in. This feature is given for unscheduled jobs, pending jobs, upcoming jobs, overdue jobs.
Note: This feature can be accessed if the service provider is at the site using current radius Geo fencing without having to use the mapping tech.
Make sure to start the timer, in order to capture duration of the job which will make your life easy when billing.
In the system, from the job location pin, we calculate a radius of 50 meters, which gives you a leeway to start the job, as some times due to minor technicalities in GPS if your location cannot be captured accurately we've given the room to manually start the job and continue.
If you leave the range of the job location, the system will warn you of the same, and if you still wish to proceed it shall pause the counter until you arrive to resume the task again. During this stage, the job will be paused but will be under the in-progress category, as it's not completed.
Once the job is completed, you will need to attach the invoice, define the final invoice value (to be tallied with the attached invoice), and attach images of the completed task if you wish.
Note: The invoice is not mandatory at the point of completion, but need to share with the Property Manager as he is required to cross-check the final amount against the invoice, in order to mark as complete.
