Through this option, you are able to view what are the jobs that need to be attended to for that specific date.
When you click on the , the calendar will expand to the monthly view, which gives you a quick overview of the days that a job has been scheduled through a simple red dot.
If there are multiple schedules on a particular date once you select it, the respective jobs will be listed out below, which you can filter out as "All" "Jobs" and "Other"
- All: Lists out all the jobs and events scheduled for the date - the default view
- Jobs: Will filter out only jobs scheduled for the date
- Other: If you have a personal event scheduled for that particular date, it'll filter out personal events only.
Adding a Job to The Schedule
In order to add a job to the schedule, simply click on the + icon on the top left corner, then a quick schedule editor will pop up to be filled.
In the following screenshots, if you define the job as an all-day event, the times will be removed and automatically allocates the entire day for the respective job.
When you type on the on unscheduled jobs field, all the jobs that are won and unscheduled will be listed and when you select one automatically the detail fields will be populated accordingly.
Adding a Site Visit to the Schedule
As the Organisational Admin or an Office Admin, you are able to schedule Site Visits on the go.
All you got to do is, click on the Site Visit option and search for the job opportunity you want to schedule go for a site inspection and define the date and time to schedule it.
You are either able to assign it to you or assign it to another sub-contractor.
Scheduling an Errand
To make it more convenient, we've given the flexibility to add a personal appointment to the scheduler and block the respective time slot.
You are able to define the scheduled errand only for yourself, for a selected group of people within the Organisation or all at the Organisation. Since whatever the appointments that are being created are synced to the Dispatch board, you can use this feature to book a slot for a company meeting etc...
Note: Details of an errand is not visible to anyone except to the person whom it is scheduled for, but the time slot will be blocked for the main user in the main dispatch board. So as to not to schedule a job during that period.
