As an Org Admin, now you have the ability to schedule onsite and remote inspection for you property managers using the feature Inspection Dispatcher.
You can manage your inspections and resources based on the current schedule of each of the Property Managers in your organisations. Based on the schedules of the Property Manager, you can make changes in scheduling inspections for properties, re-scheduling inspections as required.
On the inspection dispatcher dashboard you will be able to view both the onsite and remote inspections.
All the inspections that are under the Pending Schedule, Schedule Rejected, Overdue, Recurring inspections will be listed based on the inspection type - onsite or remote.
On the dispatcher board, there is an option given to search and filter the inspections (both onsite and remote) based on the Title of the inspection, property, date, inspection number.
As the Property Manager, for each of the inspection, you can either schedule or view the inspection.
As a Property Manager, you can either schedule an onsite or remote inspection by simply dragging and dropping the inspection on a specific property manager's time slot.
Or you can click on the schedule on the inspection and select a Property Manager from the list and select a schedule for the inspection.
And for the inspection, if the key pick up is required, you can mark on the detail, it will be populated on the inspection detail along with the property key number.
Property Manager can also view the inspection detail.
On the dispatcher board, Property Manager can view the status of the inspections and the type of inspection. As a Property Manager if you require to have a detail view of the specific inspection you can click on the label on the schedule or you can hover to specific schedule of an inspection and have a quick view on the details of the inspection such as inspection id, title, property name, address, status, type.
